Teacher Requirements

  • Passion for Teaching: Genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education, or certifications in language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) may be required.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in the language being taught. Proficiency in English may also be required for communication purposes.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching the target language to individuals or groups. Experience in teaching different proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience and empathy in dealing with learners at different levels.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Ability to adjust to changes in curriculum or educational policies.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences. Comfortable using online platforms for virtual or blended learning.
